Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role, with support from nurse-led leadership and a focus on making a real difference at home.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Massachusetts license as an SLP; CCC-SLP is preferred. Reliable transportation is required for in-home visits, with competitive benefits and weekly

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• 1+ years of home health experience preferred.
• CCC-SLP credential is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients of all ages.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in our EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
