Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• 1+ years of experience (home health preferred).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
