Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This per-diem, flexible-hours role supports patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them regain communication and safe swallowing.

The position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and Massachusetts licensure as an SLP, with CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in our secure EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
