Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy for clients of all ages. This is a per-diem, flexible hours role with weekly pay and mileage reimbursement.

You will support patients recovering from illness or injury by helping them regain communication and safe swallowing. Responsibilities include providing in-home SLP services, creating personalized care plans, and documenting progress in our EMR.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Massachusetts SLP license is required.
• 1+ year of experience in home health is preferred.
• CCC-SLP credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in EMR system.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
