Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role.

You’ll support patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them regain their ability to communicate and swallow safely. Responsibilities include providing in-home speech and language therapy, creating personalized care plans, treating speech, voice, cognitive and swallowing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ years of home health experience preferred.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in secure EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
