Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking a Direct Sales Associate in the United States. You’ll be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process as you learn our solar and home improvement products.

You’ll identify homeowners, build trust, attend weekly trainings, close deals, and grow your prospect database. Earners at the top can reach $100,000–$250,000 annually, with $4,000 paid training over your first 8 weeks, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and life insurance

Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales.
• Background in teaching, small business, construction, or related fields encouraged.
• Accountable, coachable, and reliable; comfortable handling rejection.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who fit Trinity's product suite and move them from first contact to signed agreement.
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving.
• Attend weekly sales training and one-on-one sessions with top producers.
• Close deals, hit goals, and grow the prospect database.
• Develop and expand the sales pipeline and obtain referrals.
