Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking self-m motivated sales advisors to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions. You will visit customers at their homes, build trust, and tailor each installation to fit the client’s space and lifestyle.

Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions; new advisors can earn around $95,000 and experienced reps over $150,000 annually. Training pays up to $4,000 during the first eight weeks, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; thrives on uncovering new leads and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: you will be a reliable advisor customers can count on during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit client’s space and lifestyle, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads to maximize outreach.
