Job summary

ADT is seeking driven sales advisors to visit customers at their homes across the United States. You will demonstrate the value of ADT’s security and smart home solutions, consult with customers, and tailor systems to their space and lifestyle.

Travel within a designated territory is required, with mileage reimbursed, and you’ll be compensated through uncapped commissions. Expect high earning potential: a first-year range around $95,000, with experienced advisors earning well over $150,000, plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset to uncover new leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers as a trusted advisor before and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns (security, automation, life safety).
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing sales leads.
