ADT Security Services is seeking a Smart Home Consultant to guide residential customers in designing a home security and smart-device setup. You will blend in-home consultations with hands-on installation, educating customers on our app and features to ensure a tailored home solution.

The role emphasizes sales-oriented design and ongoing customer education, with opportunities to upsell and build lasting protection for customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home consultations and assessments.
• Recommend smart home and security solutions based on customer goals.
• Install and activate security hardware, cameras, IoT devices, and smart home products.
• Integrate new products with the customer’s existing setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical questions.
• Complete customer onboarding and product education.
• Build long-term customer confidence through proactive support.
• Identify upsell opportunities that strengthen home protection.
