Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care in clients’ homes and senior living settings in Lenexa, KS. You will evaluate, plan, and implement SLP treatments with autonomy in a flexible schedule.

Telehealth options may be incorporated to extend access and continuity of care. The role emphasizes patient relationships, independence, and functional outcomes for older adults in community settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Kansas or eligibility to obtain
• CCC certification through ASHA and current CPR certification
• Degree from an accredited SLP program and good EMR skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities
• Develop and deliver individualized plans of care with evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions promoting wellness, mobility, and independence
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
