Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is expanding in Lenexa, KS and seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one care for older adults in homes or Senior Living Communities. You will evaluate, plan care, and provide evidence-based treatments while building lasting patient relationships.

You’ll have autonomy over your schedule, opportunities to use telehealth, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence in the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (KS).
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
