Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care in Lawrence, KS, including private residences and senior living communities. You will perform evaluations, develop care plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in KS or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited SLP program.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills.
• Current CPR certification and CCC credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document within the EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
