Charles River Center seeks In-home Skills Trainers for Needham, MA. Per diem role supporting individuals with ID/DD in daily living and community activities. Schedule arranged with families; you’ll collaborate with CRC navigators and program leadership.

Position requires strong communication, reliability, and ability to follow behavior plans. Training and background checks will be completed; valid MA driver's license is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Direct support experience with ID/DD highly desirable.
• CPR/First Aid, Human Rights, Universal Precautions, Mandated Reporting, DPPC, Fire Safety, Vehicle Safety trainings required.
• Massachusetts CORI background check required.
• Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a home/community schedule and support plan with CRC Navigator.
• Supervise the individual in home and community; ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Respect the individual and family; follow care plans and updates.
• Assist with community integration and activities; attend meetings when requested.
• Document progress with timesheets and semi-annual updates.
