Job summary

Charles River Center in Needham, MA is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Supports Specialist to develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and to support community inclusion and independent living skills.

You will provide care coordination, direct care, and supervision as needed, including personal care and daily living activities. Transport individuals to medical appointments and assist with meal planning, money management and housing, fostering client independence and self-direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field; experience may be considered.
• Preferred: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with behavior modification techniques.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

Responsibilities
