Job summary

BILT, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Skills Trainer to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the Boston area. The role is part-time with afternoon shifts (3–6pm or 4–7pm) and involves working in clients' homes and communities.

You will help with daily living skills, transportation to activities, and documentation of progress, requiring a car, a clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily living skills.
• Requires car and valid driver's license; willing to drive clients.
• Ability to pass CORI and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as personal care, hygiene, and meals.
• Provide guidance for daily living skills and community living activities.
• Document daily notes on program participants' progress.
