Dignity Health - St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide essential in-home therapy under physician orders. You will evaluate home safety, assess functional needs, and implement tailored treatment to promote independence.

You will collaborate with the care team, document progress, and ensure safety and quality of care for patients living at home. California OT licensure and CPR are required at hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years clinical experience.
• Evidence of extensive training in a specialty area (e.g., neuro rehab, hand therapy).
• CA Occupational Therapist license upon hire and CPR certification upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate home safety and functional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Communicate goals and progress with the healthcare team.
• Attend patient care meetings as needed.
• Identify and report safety concerns and abuse as required.
