Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with minimum two years of clinical experience, capable of independent functioning.
• High School GED upon hire.
• CA Occupational Therapist license upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess diverse patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document thoroughly.
• Identify functional deficits and support therapy evaluation and progress.
• Maintain ongoing continuing education and department in-services.
