Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to function with a high degree of independence and competence.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide a variety of direct physical therapy treatments.
• Maintain productive patient care levels and collaborate with the care team.
• Communicate goals, progress, and rehab potential with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in departmental inservices and ongoing professional education.
