Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy in California, evaluating home safety and functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.

Responsibilities include developing plans, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with physician orders and guidelines. A CA OT license or board eligibility and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Occupational Therapy degree program.
• CA OT license within 6 months or already obtained.
• BLS-CPR certification upon hire.
• Driver's License and auto insurance required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-home occupational therapy under physician orders.
• Evaluates home safety and functional needs; develops individualized treatment plans.
• Documents progress and maintains compliant records per guidelines.
• Meets productivity standards and ensures patient progress toward goals.
