Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a driven Sales Advisor to visit customers in their homes and demonstrate the value of ADT’s security and smart home solutions. You will explain products in depth, tailor recommendations to clients' spaces, and cultivate trusted relationships in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities include building trust, identifying new leads, and closing deals that deliver real value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience preferred but not required.
