Job summary

BCi Acrylic Inc. is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to service San Diego County, California. You will meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments and present premium home improvement solutions with the support of pre-qualified leads.

With an average sale around six figures and uncapped earning potential, you will close deals using strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, while receiving extensive training and marketing support from a family-owned company.

We're looking for two driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

With an average sale of over $21,000, pre-qualified appointments, and ongoing support, you'll have everything you need to succeed. This is not a cold-calling position—our appointments are confirmed and ready for you.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, qualified appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend premium home improvement solutions.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs, and present customized proposals.
• Confidently ask for the sale and close deals.
• Maintain a strong closing percentage while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Run approximately two appointments per day.
