Universal Windows Direct of Dayton is seeking a driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team in West Chester, OH. You will meet homeowners, present window and home improvement solutions, and guide them from consultation to close.

The ideal candidate has in-home or retail sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, independent work style. Evening and weekend appointments are required, with a valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Prior experience in in-home sales, retail sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable conducting evening and weekend appointments as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized quotes tailored to each customer's needs
