The ideal candidate has in-home or retail sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, independent work style. Evening and weekend appointments are required, with a valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Prior experience in in-home sales, retail sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable conducting evening and weekend appointments as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified homeowners to present window and home improvement products
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized quotes tailored to each customer's needs
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners to guide them through the sales process from consultation to close
• Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and overcome objections
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
• Accurately document customer information, appointments, and sales activity
• Represent the Universal Windows Direct brand with professionalism and integrity on every visit
