Cool Willy's in Tucson is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative who thrives in a face-to-face sales environment. You’ll build trust with homeowners, present HVAC solutions, and close deals with pre-set appointments.

No cold calling, uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and full benefits help you maximize earnings while contributing to rapid growth. You’ll receive paid training, work five days a week with rotating weekends, and focus on closing high-value HVAC projects.

The Opportunity

You’ll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners across theTuscon (pre-set appointments)
• Build trust quickly and identify customer needs
• Present and sell HVAC systems and solutions
• Explain financing options and close the deal
• Complete accurate job documentation for installation teams
• $125,000 – $350,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)
• Paid training to get you ramped fast
