Fusion Plumbing and Air in Tucson, AZ is hiring experienced In-Home Sales Reps to grow our client base. Typical hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with rotating night and weekend coverage.

You will contact customers, discuss needs, write up proposals and contracts, and close deals to hit targets. We offer uncapped earnings ($95,000 - $180,000+ per year with base pay + incentives), full benefits, training, paid vacation, a company-provided vehicle and gas card, a company phone

JOB OVERVIEW:

Typical work hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with rotating night/weekend coverage schedules.

You'll help drive our sales growth by contacting customers interested in our services, speaking with them about their needs, and providing accurate cost quotes. Communication is an integral part of your success, as you'll need to be able to appropriately answer questions, address concerns, and encourage customers to choose us for their plumbing projects. You'll write up proposals, draw up detailed contracts, and do your best to close deals and meet your targets!
