Job summary

Cool Willy's Air & Plumbing in Tucson is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to close deals with homeowners using pre-set appointments. You will meet clients, assess needs, present HVAC solutions, explain financing, and close sales. No cold calling; performance-based, uncapped commissions.

You will receive a company vehicle, gas card, iPhone, and iPad, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Training is provided to ramp quickly in a fast-growing home services company.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C sales experience (in-home sales preferred).
• Strong closing ability in a short sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

The Opportunity

Our inside team handles the scheduling — you focus on closing deals and making money.

You’ll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits

• $125,000 – $350,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)
