Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a full-time, W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer, with strong opportunity for leadership as we scale.

You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and grow through elite training and internal promotions. Weekly pay every Friday, plus monthly bonuses and benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily


• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations


• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
