Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role where most work is pre-qualified and the customer is met with an engaging in-home presentation.

You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified clients daily, deliver compelling pitches, participate in elite training, and grow into leadership within a supportive, team-first environment. Expect high earnings with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
