Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for an in-home sales role at our Pittsburgh, PA branch. The position involves meeting 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and delivering compelling home sales presentations.

You will grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with a team-first environment that supports advancement from within the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily


• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations


• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions


• Weekly pay every Friday
