Hartzell Heating & Air Conditioning in Colorado is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative for a hybrid role combining field appointments with home-office follow-ups. You will meet homeowners, assess comfort concerns, and guide them to the right HVAC solution.

Compensation includes a base plus commission, with a company tablet, phone allowance, and benefits. Expect 7 days of PTO and 7 paid holidays, plus medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage your own schedule.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• HVAC experience is a plus, not required.

The Role

You’ll meet with homeowners, understand their comfort concerns, evaluate their HVAC system, and guide them to the right solution.

This is a hybrid role: part in-home consultations, part working from your home office handling follow-ups and proposals.
