West Shore Home, a technology-driven home-improvement leader, seeks a Design Consultant to assist Winston-Salem, NC customers with remodel options and close sales using our program. This role features a rotating schedule, base pay, commissions, and annual bonuses, with a path to high earnings.

Formación

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person or over the phone.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed in a target-driven role.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is ideal.
• Smartphone or device required to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Present West Shore Home remodel options and guide customers through decisions.
• Schedule management and attending weekly team meetings and trainings.
• Lead customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Avoid cold-calling; leverage warm, pre-set leads to close sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products and process to support client needs.
