Job summary

Mad City Windows in Peoria, IL, is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present our products, and deliver accurate estimates. You will conduct in-home presentations, document details, and build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Average reps earn $200k-$300k per year with uncapped earnings. All leads are provided; there is no cold-calling. This W2 role includes comprehensive benefits and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business.
