Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to visit homeowners, present our products, and close deals with uncapped earnings potential. You will work with provided leads and pre-qualified appointments to drive growth.

All leads are provided; 2-3 pre-qualified appointments per day, W2 with benefits, comprehensive sales training, and opportunities for high earnings through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Evening and Saturday appointment availability required; note no Saturday evening slots.
• Experience in In-Home, Outside, or B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to generate repeat business.
