Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their homes, demonstrate our products, and close deals. The role offers a strong earnings model with base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses, plus provided leads and a structured training program.

You will join a growing network across states and receive 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily, with a W2 position offering comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Evening and Saturday appointments scheduled, with no Saturday evening slots.
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Must attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, presenting products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Foster repeat business through outstanding customer service.
