Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present products, and close deals. You’ll work with provided leads, deliver accurate estimates, and document details to drive repeat business.

Earn uncapped commissions with a strong base and performance bonuses in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Role includes evening and some weekend hours, training in Madison, WI, and a path to substantial earnings through proven sales

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home/retail or consumer sales preferred.
• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Willingness to attend a training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
