Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet clients in their homes, present our products, and deliver accurate estimates.

Base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses drive uncapped earnings, with all leads provided and comprehensive W2 benefits; candidates should have in-home/outside or B2C sales experience and be able to work evenings and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business
