Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join our trusted home improvement network. You will meet with homeowners in their residences, present our products, and close sales with support from a robust training program.

We offer a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, uncapped earnings potential, and comprehensive benefits with PTO and a 401(k) plan. All leads are provided, with 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily to keep you productive.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales or related sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Willing to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Develop repeat business by delivering exceptional customer service.
