Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present our products, and close sales in homes across the area. You will deliver timely presentations, accurate estimates, and documentation, building trust and repeat business through outstanding service.

You’ll earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with all leads provided and a dedicated training program.

Qualifications

• Evening and Saturday appointment availability
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business
