Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners at their homes and present our products. You will handle presentations, estimates, and documentation to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

All leads are provided: 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily, with uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses. W2 employment includes benefits, PTO, 401(k) matching, with comprehensive sales training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Training in Madison, WI may be required.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in homes to demonstrate products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and documentation.
• Foster customer relationships to generate repeat business.
