Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrate our products, and present accurate estimates with professional documentation.

You will receive all leads (2–3 pre-qualified appointments per day), a base salary plus sales commission and performance bonus, W2 benefits, and state-of-the-art training; uncapped earnings potential rewards top performers.

Qualifications

• In-Home or outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Must be able to attend one-time training in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to demonstrate products.
• Provide presentations, accurate estimates, and thorough documentation.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business.
