Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative. You will meet with homeowners in their residences to present our products and services and close deals using provided leads. All leads are provided; no cold-calling required.

You can earn uncapped commissions with a base salary plus incentives and benefits through W2 employment. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, able to work evenings and Saturdays, and committed to meeting and exceeding goals

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and Saturday appointments.
• In-Home/Outside/B2C sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and results oriented with goal focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in homes to present products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to generate repeat business.
