Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative. You will meet homeowners in their homes, present our products, and close sales with a high earning potential.

We provide all leads, paid training, and a solid compensation package with base salary, commissions, and bonuses. This is a W2 role with benefits, and a path to substantial uncapped earnings through performance.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability required
• In-home/outside/B2C sales experience preferred
• Able to meet and exceed goals
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Must attend a one-time training session in Madison, WI

Responsabilités

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our products and services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and documentation
• Deliver customer service that generates repeat business and builds relationships
