Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners in their residences and present our products and services. You will manage estimates, documentation, and follow-up to secure repeat business.

We offer base salary plus sales commission and bonuses, with all leads provided—2–3 pre-qualified appointments per day. W2 employment includes comprehensive benefits and a path to high earnings.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business
