Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present our products, and close deals with uncapped earning potential. All leads are provided; waits for no cold calls, and a robust commission plan with base pay, benefits, and training.

This role requires evening availability and the ability to travel to customer homes within the region. Average reps can make $200k-$300k/yr with uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• In-Home/Outside Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Willingness to attend training in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes and present products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Foster repeat business through exceptional customer service.
