Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. The role focuses on meeting homeowners in their homes to present our unique products and services, delivering accurate estimates and thorough documentation.

You will become a trusted advisor, driving repeat business through exceptional service. Base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses drive uncapped earnings; all leads are provided with 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily.

Qualifications

• Must be available for evening and Saturday sales appointments.
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Able to meet and exceed goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
