Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their homes, demonstrate our products, and deliver compelling solutions. You will prepare accurate estimates, present proposals, and document all steps to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

You’ll work with provided leads in a commission-based structure, with uncapped earnings potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or consumer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to attend a one-time training in Madison, WI.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in homes to present products.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and documentation.
• Build customer relationships to generate repeat business.
