Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their homes, present our products, and deliver accurate estimates and documentation.

All leads are provided (2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily). Base salary plus sales commission and performance bonus offer uncapped earnings, with W2 benefits, PTO, a 401(k) with match, and a state-of-the-art sales training program.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in in-home or outside sales.
• Must be able to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
