Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ. You will meet with customers in their homes to present our remodeling options and secure agreements with a consultative sales approach.

This role features a rotating schedule Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Tue-Sat 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, with warm leads, no cold-calling, and an uncapped commission plus a year-end bonus. First-year earnings up to $200K+ are possible with strong performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; open to grads from retail/hospitality/customer-facing roles.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers in homes to discuss products and prices.
• Communicate the value of West Shore Home products and installation quality.
• Find options that fit customer budgets and close sales.
• Complete required post-sale activities and follow-up.
