Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales, preferably in home improvement or retail.
• Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule.
• Lead 2-hour sales appointments and guide customers through a one-call close.
• Attend weekly team meetings and trainings.
• No cold-calling; work with warm, pre-set leads.
