Shoreline Baths is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners, present customized remodeling solutions, and close sales in a one-call-close environment.

Earn $125,000-$250,000+ per year with an uncapped commission structure and company-generated qualified appointments. Flexible schedule, evenings and Saturdays, with ongoing training and strong marketing support.

Qualifications

• Proven success in one-call-close in-home sales.
• High-ticket sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar or related sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable discussing financing and payment options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Identify customer needs, goals, and budget requirements.
• Design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options.
